World Champion Trainers
One of the first ever Hyrox affiliates, we have been in the business longer than every other Hyrox gym in the UK. We have attended every UK Hyrox event and many European as well as 3 World Championships. All our trainers are Hyrox WC competitors.
With 40% of the gym members qualifying for Hyrox WC, we provide the most comprehensive and succesful training programme in the South of England delivered in SGPT and 121 training and coaching.
We also have the only current female DEKA WC podium finnisher coaching you for what ever your functional fitness needs are.
